A. Most items do not have a minimum order. Custom and Sterile orders may require minimum quantities.Other items may have to be purchased in case quantities. Your order is important to us, large or small, even if you only need one product.

A. Our terms are 1/10 – Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Payment terms do not apply to credit card payments.
Q. Do I need to fax or mail a confirmation for my order?
A. Confirmations aren't necessary, but if you're required to send one, please mark "Confirmation" on it to help avoid duplication.
Q. If an item is backordered, when is my account charged?
A. Your account will be charged when the product is shipped, unless you are ordering a custom or sterile product.

A. Once your order has shipped, you can check on the website and we'll send you an e-mail to let you know that your order is on its way.

Q. Can I order products that aren't shown on your web site?
A. Yes. Renco has access to the entire product lines of hundreds of manufacturers. If you're looking for a product we don't currently have in stock or is not shown on the website, we can get it for you. Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. Simply call one of our Customer Service Reps at 800.257.8284, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm ET, Monday – Friday. It's important that you call as soon as possible, so we can stop the order before it ships.
